Are the vehicles insured?

Yes, Basic Insurance is included in the daily rental rate. Please note the insurance excess is $4500. Preauthorisation of $4500 and $200 deposit is required.

What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?

You can pay by cash, Visa, or Mastercard.

How do I rent a car?

You can rent a car by simply clicking on the home button in the menu.

Can I change the car after the reservation?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call +64 3 428 7921 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contacts page.

Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?

You can pickup the car from one of our locations. The car must be returned to the agreed location in Queenstown.

What should I do, if the car breaks down?

Do you deliver cars outside of your locations?

Yes, we will deliver you the car to the location of your choice for an additional price.
